Is a map that is not in a project's root map included in refactoring operations when Master Files are enabled

Post by gchale3rd »

Hello,

I have a DITA map with some topics added to it, but I have not added the map to my root map. If I enable Master Files and add my root map to my project's Master Files folder, will the other map and its topics be analyzed during any search and refactor operations, or would I have to add the other map to my root map?

Hello,

Yes, adding a map to the Master Files is enough for analyzing it when performing refactoring actions in the Project view.
