Hello,
I'm not sure I understand you, but if you want the Enter key to take you to the next line, you have to deactivate the Press Enter to show available content completion proposals option from the Editor > Edit Modes > Author > Schema-Aware preferences page (Options menu > Preferences).

Hello Oleksii,
There is no default key for inserting a line break in the Author view. In DITA there are elements that preserve white spaces and line endings (such as codeblock and pre) and elements that do not (much more). So, if you are in a p element and want to break the line, what you have to do is actually insert a new p, because DITA paragraphs are not space-preserve elements.
