Post by dwforslund »
How do I give Oxygen more memory so that it doesn't run out
of memory doing an XSL translation?

Out of Memory
Post by dwforslund »
When I use the provided oxygen.bat file, I don't have any problems with
memory. It processes the XSL transform just fine and does so quickly.
The default memory in the .bat file is 256Mbytes. I can't tell what it is in the .exe file.

In the release 2.0.4 which will be released this week the maximum size of the memory that the Java Virtual Machine can use will be set to 256 MB. This setting will be placed in the entry "lax.nl.java.option.additional" of the file oxygen.lax file located in the <oXygen/>'s installation folder and can be manually adjusted by the user needing more than 256 MB. Also the user will be able to see the current Java heap size in any moment by opening the About dialog from the Help menu.
So stay tuned for the upcoming release
