Generate XML instance documents from schema
Hi there,
How can I generate XML instance documents from a schema? I've used some other XML editors that have this function and it's very useful. I've searched but can't find any reference to this - is it available in Oxygen?
I have version 6.2.
Thanks.

Hi,
When you create a new XML document you can choose a schema file. oXygen will automatically add required content and you can choose from that dialog to add also optional content and to have the first particles in choice model groups expanded. In the future we plan to add the possibility to generate a set of documents.
Best Regards,
George

Hi,
I tiried generating a new XML document based on a XSD file but oxYgen only generate up to two levels of nesting. Is this a known bug? Any workaround?

Hello,
The tags generated automatically depend on your schema. Please post a small sample of the schema, the actual result and the expected result.

Sorin
