Hi Lionel,
We do not keep older Javadoc versions on our web site.
Normally as a workaround I would advise you to use our Maven-based SDK for version 19.1 and get the Javadoc it but it seems we did not properly generate the 19.1 Javadoc in the Maven based SDK.
You can probably continue using the 20.1 Javadoc and look for @since markers on methods to see if they are for Oxygen 20 or newer.
