Tag folding in text editor

I realize the tree editor is nice and the text editor is nice. But how about implementing tag folding in the text editor to produce an in between functionality.

This could be similar to how the IDEA XML editor works. That enhanced, structured text editing mode is very productive and flexible.

We have work in progress for adding an outline tree view. After this we will consider also tag folding support as this will reuse the outliner information.
