I hid topics in the ditamap. As expected, these topics did not display in the TOC output. However, they werefound when I did a search.

Hi Pam,

How exactly do you hide them? Do you filter them out using DITAVAL filter files? If so, maybe there are still references to those topics in some other topics which are not filtered out so you would need to add profiling conditions also on the references to the topics.
