Editing issue with Chinese characters

When I am using Oxygen web editor 19.1 and 20.0 to write topics in Chinese, I encounter the following two issues:

There are always additional alphabetic characters displayed immediately after the last Chinese characters.
When I am trying to delete the alphabetic characters, an error occurs. I have to save the document and refresh page to clear the alphabetic characters.

The other issue is that when I am editing an existing topic, for example, inserting a word after another, the character sequence is changed.


BTW, I have changed to xml:lang attribute of the topic to zh-CN.

Thank you for reporting this problem. We managed to reproduce it on Mac, using Google Chrome.
We will update this thread when a fix will be available.

I am updating this thread to let you know that Oxygen XML Web Author 20.1 was release and editing in Chinese and Korean is now supported in Chrome.
