hazardstatement output in pdf is distorted

I am using hazardstatement tag in my doc. for warning and cautions. It is showing perfect in oxygen working screen. BUT is distorted after pdf transformation.

Yes, this is a bug, I will record it in our issue tracker. As a workaround add this to your customization CSS:
