After installing and activating Oxygen XML Editor 19.1 on my Windows 7, I get the following error upon starting the program:

Deleting the OxygenXMLTemp folder makes no difference. Can you please tell me what is wrong?

Hello,

Could you please provide us more details about the context of this problem? Have you tried to install the latest maintenance build (2017121318) of oXygen XML Editor v19.1 from our website?

Did you previously have an old version of oXygen XML installed on that machine and you tried to upgrade that installation to v19.1? If yes, what version of oXygen XML was previously installed?
If you try to open oXygen XML using the command line startup script "oxygen.bat", does the application open?
