How to suppress "error when parsing reference" errors?

We use Oxygen with the Ixiasoft DITA CMS. When a user opens a ditamap in Oxygen, Oxygen often will not be able to locate other maps referenced from that map because the maps are not present in their Eclipse workspace (because they've never opened them before). When Oxygen can't find the map, it logs an error and the Results view pops up with a list of all the maps that couldn't be found. Because we work in the CMS that manages all the links, this error is confusing to our users. Is there a way to suppress these errors?

I will need some screenshots for this, maybe show how the DITA content looks like. Maybe you can send them directly to support@oxygenxml.com.
Also maybe you should also ask Ixiasoft about this, they may be able to use our APis to filter out such errors.
