footers

hey guys,

i'm using microsoft word 2003 to transform a word document into xslfo via an xml transform (using the word2fo.xsl)

the document is correctly generated, except for the footers and headers, this seems to be a bug in the transformation of a defunct. (i use fop to transform the xslfo into a pdf, but no footers are present ... )

can someone tell me how i can generate the footers and headers correctly in xslfo using this word translation, or can someone provide me a simple xslfo document with a correct footer ?

any help would be greatly appreciated, as i'm running out of time here ..
