Can we annotate an XML Schema from an other namespace?
İf yes, how? if no please explain why?
i have alittle time, please help me!

Hello,

Usually XML Schema components are annotated when they are defined. From your message it is not clear what is your current schema and what you intend to to or what is the expected result. Please provide a small sample of the current schema and the expected result.
