Search within added/deleted lines in diff/compare tool

Is there a way to do a Find within a diff/compare session but limit the scope to content that was added (or optionally removed)? Not a big deal, but would be handy just now.

Hello David,

Thank you for your feedback.
We do not have support to set the search scope to the current diff intervals from the editor. The only way to limit the search scope to multiple intervals is by using an XPath expression in the Find/Replace dialog.
