Xref Link Text Randomly Just Appear

Randomly link text for a xref does not appear throughout an entire topic, but the next topic the link text appears for all xrefs.

There are no map level attributes assigned to these topics, and the only attributes assigned to the xrefs are @type, if it is required. I have noticed though, that this will happen to an entire topic, not just certain links in a topic.
