Hi,
We will be upgrading our version of Oxygen WebHelp shortly. I have our DITA project transforming locally within Oxygen XML Author but am not sure what version of the DITA-OT that this uses by default.
Can you advise so that we can use the same version on our build server?
thanks in advance,
Ann
DITA-OT version with Oxygen 19
Re: DITA-OT version with Oxygen 19
Hi Ann,
There are two different versions of DITA Open Toolkit which come bundled in oXygen XML v19: one is DITA OT 1.8.5, the other is DITA OT 2.4.4.
Webhelp transformation should work with any of the two versions. However, you can check specifically which one you are currently using in oXygen XML Author, from the menu Options > Preferences > DITA (look which one is set under the "DITA Open Toolkit section").
Regards,
Costin

Thanks for that.
And will Oxygen WebHelp 19 work with DITA-OT 2.2.2?
I am trying this from command prompt and having issues.

Ann

Re: DITA-OT version with Oxygen 19
Hi Ann,
The recommended version of DITA OT is the one that is also included in oXygen XML Author.
However, WebHelp 19 was tested and should work fine also with DITA OT 2.2.2.
In case you encounter any issues, feel free to provide more details or sample files to our support email - support AT oxygenxml DOT com
