Trouble setting Arial as my font family

Hello

New to docbook and oxygen so apologies if I'm being slow but...

I need to use Arial as my font in the pdf transformation.

I have set the parameter in my formatprint.xsl file as below:

<!-- set the body font -->
<xsl:param name="body.font.family" select="'Arial'"></xsl:param>

However when I run the transformation the pdf renders the text as hashes i.e #####

If I change the font family to serif or sans-serif it renders it fine.

How can I get it to use Arial?
