Apply Twitter Bootstrap on Dita content

Post by Glimmerino »

Hi.

I would like to try to apply the Twitter Bootstrap framework on the DITA-content that I produce with OxygenXML. In your opinion, what would be the easiest way of doing this?

Best regards

Hello,

Starting with Oxygen v18.0 a new transformation scenario was introduced, DITA Map WebHelp Responsive. The generated output is based on the Bootstrap framework. You can find more information here: https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/ug-editor ... ption.html
Please try it and let us know if you need further assistance.

OK.

This is very interesting. I have a license for the "old" webhelp Classic. Does this license apply for this new transformation scenario aswell?

Hi,

If you have a license for v17 or later with a 1 year SMP (support and maintenance pack) then the 1 year period should cover the release of the new version (18).
It would be best to write an email to our sales department (sales@oxygenxml.com) and ask there for your license status. Please provide them any details you can about the purchase, order number and/or email address and/or name and/or company or the SGN of your license key.

Adrian
