pdf2 XSL different between v18.1 DITA OT and vanilla DITA OT 2.2.3
Hello,
I assume Oxygen v18.1 bundles DITA OT 2.2.3 since v18 release notes indicate that it bundles DITA OT 2.2.3, and v18.1 release notes don't mention a DITA OT update.
However, I spotted many differences in the files of the pdf2 plugin between v18.1 DITA OT and the official DITA OT 2.2.3. A directory diff shows many XSL files differ.
Question: did I wrongly assume v18.1 bundles DITA OT 2.2.3, or did you do a lot of modifications in pdf2 plugin?
Thanks.

Hi Colin,
In the Oxygen Help menu->About dialog there is a Frameworks tab. There you can find out the versions of the two DITA OT distributions we ship with 18.1. Oxygen 18.1 comes bundled with DITA OT 2.3.3.
Regards,
Radu

Hi Colin,
We did mention in the Oxygen 18.1 full what's new list the component updates:
https://www.oxygenxml.com/whatisnew18.1 ... nt_Updates
I'm not sure if it got in the email which we send to all our users. We tend to leave less important improvements aside when composing the email announcement as we do not want the email to get very long.
Regards,
Radu

Ah ok, it was in Component updates. For 18.0 it was in the "DITA" section, that's why I didn't see it.
Anyway, now I know where to look
Multumesc.

Hi Colin,
Well, consistency is not our strong point
Oxygen 19 which we plan to release in April-May this year will probably come with DITA OT 2.4.4. Jarno plans to release it next Monday.

Radu
