JavaApplicationStub

I 'm currently running 10.3.9.and oxygen 6.2 and I keep getting a JavaApplicationStub has unexpectedly quit error when I launch it. I've already tried the solutions mentioned on this forum and on Apple's site. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Hello,

Make sure you have the latest Java update from the Apple website and the fonts are not disabled on your Mac. Also see questions 2 and 3 in the chapter "Common problems" of the User Manual. If you see an error message that a crash log was generated send it to support at oxygenxml dot com to see if we can find the cause of the crash.
