Oxygen 18.1 Responsive Webhelp Expand/Collapse Chapters and Stay Fixed

We have a couple request to change the side toc to include the following:

Chapters expand and collapse.

When you have a topic that is longer than the toc, the toc does not follow, therefore you lose track of where you are. Is it possible to make the toc stay fixed with the topic?


We are using the Oxygen 18.1 Responsive Webhelp
