Responsive WebHelp - Issue with wh_side_toc and external links
Hi there,
I have ditamap containing several topics that are referencing external URLs.
These all work fine when links are clicked from the main content area, but when you attempt to open them (click the links) from the Side ToC in the DITA Map WebHelp Responsive output, the external html page opens fine in a new window, as expected, but it closes WebHelp. Then you have to re-open the help.
Any ideas as to why this is happening and if there's a quick fix, aside from not displaying the wh_side_toc?
This is an example of the code I'm using for my topicref:
<topicref href="https://drive.google.com/x/xxxxx/file/x ... xxxxx/view"
format="html" scope="external" navtitle="Title of topic"/>
I'm using <oXygen/> XML Editor 18.0, build 2016081012
Thanks!
R.

Re: Responsive WebHelp - Issue with wh_side_toc and external links
Hello,
I tried a similar scenario, but I could not reproduce your problem.
What browser are you using? Does the problem persist in other browsers?
In order to help us investigate the problem, please send us a minimal valid example (sample DITA Map + referenced topics) on support@oxygenxml.com.
Regards,
Alin
