Image Resolution Appears Distorted in Oxygen Webhelp

We are adding normal .png images to our dita topics. There is no special attribute assigned, such as scaling. When we output these topics as DITA webhelp, the images appear larger and their resolution is blurry.

We are using Oxygen 18.0, classic webhelp.

Hi,

We are not aware of this kind of problem.

Could you send us a small DITA topic sample together with the images to reproduce the problem, on support@oxygenxml.com?
