Conrefed note element not integrated in topic

Issue: I have conrefed a note of type "important" twice within the same chapter. It's shared among three different topic types. The message says that the message is deprecated, but somehow it isn't. In the concept topic, where I conrefed that note from a reference topic, the note is shown, but it is not added to the PDF output or the Web Help. In the task topic that also uses that note, the note is shown.

Do you have an idea why this happens?

Could you give me some sample DITA XML context, maybe paste a part of the task to see what element you use to conref to the note?
Or ideally send a small DITA project (map + one or two topics) to support@oxygenxml.com...
