Review comments missing important features

My team is experimenting with oXygen's track changes/review features. We are currently facing an issue where the non-author of a review comment doesn't see the full set of options in the right-click contextual menu. Whereas the author sees Reply, Edit, Mark Done, etc., the other members only see Show Comment, Remove Comment, Show only reviews by <reviewer name>, and Remove all Comments.

I've scoured the documentation and could not find anything to explain why this is happening and how to fix it. Do you have suggestions?

Just to see that I'm properly testing on my side, both the Author and the reviewers have Oxygen 18.0 installed, right? Could you double check this? Because prior to Oxygen 18.0 there was no facility to reply to comments.
Also they are all using the Review view, right?
I cannot reproduce this problem on my side. Could you also tell me if you have any custom-made plugin or framework installed in Oxygen which could potentially use our API to change the contextual menu of the Review view?

Hi Radu,

That may be the issue. They were all instructed to upgrade to 18 several weeks ago, but I didn't check whether the affected people had actually done so. I didn't know this function could be affected by whether or not they were still on 17. I will check that and let you know if that was the issue.
