Webhelp with feedback: comments not logged

I set up my Mac as a test web server and got the webhelp with feedback feature working in general. However, only one of my test posts is visible through the Admin panel. I am unable to see other posts submitted by my test users. I checked the mysql comments table and what is there matches what is visible in the admin panel. Several other comments were submitted successfully but do not appear in the table. Could this be a permissions problem in mysql? Let me know what I can do to resolve this issue.

Did you received any error when you posted comments that are not visible in the Admin Panel?
Take a look to the php_error.log file and Apache error.log file and see if you find any error regarding the WebHelp system.
