Change RelaxNG annotation preference

I would like to suggest that the Oxygen the Preference Editor->Content Completion->Annotations->Use all Relax NG annotations as documentation change from a check box to a list of namespaces and/or tags to use for annotations. This would allow a developer to ignore the http://relaxng.org/ns/compatibility/annotations/1.0 annotations and then use annotations from a custom namespace.

I understand, we'll add an issue for this. I cannot give you a timeline for it, it's the first report of such kind we've had until now.
