Have common like Chapter and Contents words automatically translated

Hi Guys,

I am working right now on a French project and I would need the DITA-OT to generate automatically instead of Chapter, Chapitre and instead of Table of Contents, Contenu or Table de matieres, i.e. whatever it is in the DITA-OT established as a correspondent for these words.
I remember seeing that in a file, however I do not quite remember the name of that file where I have to do the changes. Do you know the name of the file please?
Or is it possible to establish inside the project that those words should be automatically translated in French?
