SMP (Support and Maintenance Pack) installation? update?

Hello,
Our company has just bought the annual SMP for our Oxygen licences... it may sound stupid but I can't find the information about what to do? Is there anything to install? The maintenance information in the About dialog says we have 17 days left...

Hello,

If you purchased the SMP Renewal for the licenses, then you should have received a licensing email from us containing the updated v17 compatible license key(s).
Al you should do going further is copy the updated license key (all the 9 lines of text between the Start and End markers) and paste it into the oXygen registration dialog, from software's menu Help > Register, then apply the changes.

However, if you still need additional information or might encounter any other licensing related issues, please let us know, using our support email address (support AT oxygenxml DOT com), instead of posting on the forum.

Great answer Costin! Annetteb if you did not get the Activation license key in an email check your Spam folder. sometimes it happens. sone messages come in the Spam folder that's why. If still did not get the solution to your thread then contact oXygen XML sales support (sales@oxygenxml.com) The post was edited and link was removed.
