Improve search

Hi,

one of our users has a feature request for the search dialog:

I really like the preview function when I use “Finding and Replacing Text in Multiple Files”. It really helps finding errors in my regular expressions that mess up only a small amount of the replacements.

I would find the same function very helpful when I use the The Find / Replace Dialog for a single file.

Thank you for your feedback.
Yes it will be helpful to have the preview support also in the Find/Replace Dialog. I added an issue on our issue tracker regarding this.
We will notify you when this will be implemented.
