"Manage Highlighted Content" options are greyed out
I'd really love to be able to use the "Manage Highlighted Content" options (specifically "Modify All"), but the options are greyed out. I've used Find to highlight a bunch of text and I'm in Text mode.

Re: "Manage Highlighted Content" options are greyed out
Hello,
We are not able to reproduce the behavior you reported using the latest oXygen version/build. Just did a Find All in the Text editing mode and all actions under Manage Highlighted Content are active and working properly.
Please provide more information about the context of the problem:
- what type of file do you edit (text, XML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)?
- how many matches are highlighted?
- did you edit the file in another editing mode (Grid, Author) before trying to use this feature in the Text editing mode?
Best regards,
Florin

Re: "Manage Highlighted Content" options are greyed out
Hello Amanda,
We have identified a situation where if there are two adjacent highlights, the "Manage Highlighted Content" options are greyed out. We are currently looking into this problem.
How specific was the search that you performed (a word, a letter)?
Are you able to tell if this is indeed the case and you have two adjacent highlights?
Regards,
Adrian

Hi,
This is currently being worked on in the current development stream, so it will most likely make it in v17.1 (probably Q4 2015). Depending on the complexity of the fix, it may be ported to the v17.0 branch for the monthly maintenance build of the current version.
As a workaround, to avoid this issue you could try to either search for a more exact string that prevents adjacent matches, or a shorter partial string that leaves more room between matches.
