Personal Framework
Post by jamiepoole »
Hello All,
I am trying to install a personal framework on a Mac computer, but it is not working. I have installed this same framework on other computers, both PC and Macs. I have moved the framework files into the oxygen frameworks folder, and added the framework information to the Document type. Is there a step that I am missing?
Thank you,
Jamie

Hello Jamie,
1. Is this framework, by any chance, an extension of a built-in framework? If so, the base built-in framework should be present in order for it to work.
2. Is the framework presented in the Document Type associations page from Preferences?
3. Open an XML from your vocabulary, go to Window->Show View... and select the Properties view. In this view you can see the document type that matched the document. If it's another than your own, it means that this document type has a greater precedence. Go to Document Type associations, edit your document type and increase its Priority.
If none of the above helped, can you send us the framework on support@oxygenxml.com so that we can analyze it?
Best regards,
Alex
