Mirroring oxygen maven repository

Due to security restrictions on my employer's network, I needed to request security exceptions to get oxygen's maven poms to work. I have the necessary security exceptions for myself, but I need the build process to work for all users without having them jump through special hoops.

Would it be allowable for me to make an internal mirror and/or project local repository of the dependencies needed to build my project? If not, what other options could I try?
