toggle track changes markup

If the ability to toggle on and off the track changes markup in Author view exists, I can't find it. It would be a nice feature to have when proofreading and editing text in the author view. If it is there already, my apologies but I can't find it. If not, I humbly request that you add it.

Hi Bob,

There is a toolbar drop-down button which allows you to toggle track changes visualization modes:

So for example instead of the default view (with changes shown) you can select "View final" to hide delete changes and show insert changes as regular content.

I see that in my coworkers toolbar but it is greyed out and it does not Appear on my toolbar at all. We have been trying to figure this out for sometime now.

Hi Bob,

The drop-down toolbar button should be enabled if you are editing any XML document in the Author editing mode.

Could you try to use from the main menu Window->"Reset Layout" action?
If this still does not work for you:

What version of Oxygen are you using? Could you also send a screenshot with how Oxygen looks like on your side when editing XML in the Author visual editing mode to support@oxygenxml.com?
Do you have any plugin or add-on installed in Oxygen which may alter its functionality?

Thank you so much for your quick response and help. I will check this tomorrow when I get back to my office. Sorry, I just left there. I doubt that they have installed any addons. I will check.
