CODEREF insert in Author Mode

Hi there,

DITA v1.2 introduced <coderef> should be implemented in the Author mode as the way conref/conkeyref currently implemented.
Referenced Code (external file) should be visible as a non-editable content.

As someone suggested, dragging an external file in the cursor position in a <codeblock> would be nice from the usability point of view.

This is a good idea, we had plans for this, I will try to increase the issue's priority.

As someone suggested, dragging an external file in the cursor position in a <codeblock> would be nice from the usability point of view.

This already works if you are using Oxygen 14.0 or newer, dragging an external file in a codeblock in the Author editing mode should create a coderef to it.
