How can I export/import more than one transformation scenari
I want to export nearly 70 global transformation scenarios so that a colleague of mine can import them into his new Oxygen installment on his local machine. Despite that the export/import scenarios options in the configure transformation window says "export selected scenarios" it will only export the first selection when I have many scenarios selected. Is there a way to export/import multiple scenarios? The documentation says that global scenarios are stored in the users home directory, which on Windows I assume is users/[username] but I can't find any file/s with the scenarios. When I open a single exported scenario it is a simple xml document, but I don't know if the scenarios are stored on disk as xml documents. If the scenarios are stored on disk as files can we just copy them to the new installment. Thanks for any help.

Re: How can I export/import more than one transformation sce
Hello,
What version of Oxygen are you using?
For v13.2 and older versions it is only possible to export all the global scenarios at once from the Options menu (Options > Export Global Transformation Scenarios). This possibility is also available in later versions.
Note that if the scenarios are stored at project level (not global), they cannot be exported this way, you already have them in the project (.xpr) file.
Since v14.0 it's possible to select multiple scenarios (Ctrl+Click) in the list from the Transformation Scenarios dialog/view. Right click on the selection and pick "Export selected scenarios". Note that you need to select the scenarios (Ctrl+Click for selecting/deselecting one at a time), not associate them. If you have checked the boxes, you have associated them.
The global scenarios are stored within the Oxygen options file. However if you use the Export action from the Options menu, you can obtain a clean copy of just the scenarios (an xml file). You can then import that file elsewhere from the menu Options > Import Transformation Scenarios.
Regards,
Adrian

Re: How can I export/import more than one transformation sce
Thanks Adrian. That answers all my questions. I am using Oxygen Editor 16.1. My problem two fold, I was only looking at possibilities from Documnent->Transformation->Configure Transformations and I was indeed confusing associating with selecting. I completing overlooked the obvious Options->Export Global Transformation Scenarios. Its all very excellently handled by Oxygen. So important to know your tools. If I have any partially legitimate criticism it that in the Help document accessed from the application the section Transforming Documents->Transformation Scenario->Sharing Transformation Scenarios doesn't either explain many of the options or cross reference other places where they are explained.

Hi,
What's documented in that section from the manual is only for sharing scenarios through projects (move the scenarios at project level).
I've submitted a request for our documentation department to clarify all possibilities of sharing scenarios.
Regards,
Adrian
