It is not clear what type of templates you are talking about. The WebHelp is an output/export format, not a source/XML format.

Are you asking if there is more than one style of WebHelp pages generated by the Oxygen WebHelp transformation? If this is what you want then the answer is WebHelp CSS skins. There are 6 predefined WebHelp skins which you can choose from on the Skins tab in the WebHelp transformation. You can create your own custom skin with the WebHelp Skin Builder tool, and you set the custom skin in the WebHelp transformation on the same Skins tab where the predefined skins are available.
