Improve Find All Elements

Could you please improve the "Find All Elements" dialog box:

- show a drop down list of element names as declared in the DTD.
- show a dropdown list of attribute names as declared in the DTD, possibly filtered based on the selected element.

Nice idea, I will add an improvement request for this.
You could also try to implement your own dialog which composes an XPath expression which can later be executed using our AuthorDocumentController API to find the nodes. We also have API to get the entire list of elements defined in a grammar ro.sync.ecss.extensions.api.AuthorSchemaManager.getAllPossibleElements().
