Use webhelp plugin on easyDITA server?

Use webhelp plugin on easyDITA server?

My client uses easyDITA and I want to upload the Oxygen webhelp DITA Open Toolkit plugin to their easyDITA server so they can use it to build their webhelp system on easyDITA, as opposed to having to do it on their local computers with Oxygen.

Can I just upload this plugin, or do they need to buy the "process-based" webhelp license?

They need to buy a process-based Webhelp license. The Oxygen Webhelp transformation will be used on a build server that means outside the Oxygen application (the Webhelp transformation will be started outside the Oxygen GUI) so they need a Webhelp license.
