CHM character entity issue

Hello,
The → (right arrow) character is not recognized as valid character when CHM output is generated. Please replace your file [Oxygen-install-dir]\frameworks\dita\DITA-OT\lib\dost-patches.jar with this file (after extracting it from the zip archive) and repeat the DITA CHM transformation. The next version of Oxygen will include this fix.
