Suppose I have topics structured as follows:
TopicA
Nested topicAA
TopicB
Xref to topicAA
If I perform Search References while Nested topicAA is selected I get the result:
No reference found to TopicA.xml#topicA/topicAA
However, if I perform Search References while Topic A is selected I get the result:
TopicB => TopicA.xml#topicAA
Why can the reference be resolved when I search from the parent topic, but not from the nested child topic?
Search references doesn't always locate nested topics
Re: Search references doesn't always locate nested topics
Hi,
Thanks for the report.
I consider this a bug and we'll work to fix it in Oxygen 15.2 in a couple of months.
I will update this forum thread when this happens.
Regards,
Radu

Hi,
Oxygen 15.2 was released about a week ago and it should also contain a fix for this issue.
