What happened to the prompt to create a new file?

When I create a new topicref as a placeholder in a ditamap and click on that non-existant file in the DITA Maps Manager, I no longer get a prompt asking if I want to create that file. Is this a new feature of 15.1? Before I upgrade, any time I created a bogus topicref, I always got such a prompt.

Hi Scot,

I tested and you are right. Sorry about that, I also use that neat feature sometimes when editing DITA Maps. We'll try to rectify the problem in 15.2 which will be released in a couple of weeks.
In the meantime you can use the contextual menu action Append child->New topic to create a new topic on disk and to add it to the DITA Maps Manager.

Oxygen 15.2 was released about a week ago and it should have a fix for your reported issue.
