export & import a Transformation Scenario with XQuery?

Post by wscott44 »

Is there a way in Oxygen 14.1 or above to export & import a Transformation Scenario with XQuery?

My main objective is to make it easier on my colleagues to configure the "Edit scenario" dialog and its tabs with the special parameters that took me a while to figure out.

Hello,

You can (selectively) export/import some specific transformation scenarios in oXygen by two means.

- Either you should go in the "Configure Transformation Scenario(s)" from oXygen menu Document > Transformation, or by using it's appropriate icon in the Transformation toolbar
- Or, if there is a file already open in the editor, you could bring up the "Transformation" view in oXygen, from menu Document > Show View > Transformation Scenarios.

In both the scenario configuration dialog or the view, in the contextual menu of one or multiple selected scenarios, you could use one of the two actions available: "Import Scenarios" or "Export Selected Scenarios" accordingly.

I hope this helps.

Hello Costin and Thank You!!! I hadn't noticed the menu options in the upper right corner of the Configure Transformation Scenarios window.
