Hello,

What output do you generate from the DITA map? For example the DITA Map Webhelp transformation creates an Index tab with all the index terms from the DITA topics, and also the DITA Map PDF transformation creates an Index section automatically at the end of the PDF result document if you use the XEP processor in the transformation. This is true for both a simple map and a bookmap.
