Issues While Generating WebHelp

Hi,

I have just started using the oXygen XML editor few days back and have been exploring the tool to generate our documentation in PDF and WebHelp formats.

I am facing issues while generating the WebHelp for the Dita Map. I have selected the entire map, selected the DITA Map Webhelp option, and clicked the Apply Transformation Scenario(s) option.
The output is getting generated, however, it is not converting all the .dita files to the .html format and hence the help is not able to locate the HTML file in the Maps\out\Topics folder.
The hierarchy of topics is fine and as per the map. Here is the error message that is displayed in the right pane when you click any of the topics:
No webpage was found for the web address: file:///C:/Oxygen%20Demo/Maps/out/Topics/Overview.html
Can you guide me with the necessary steps that I need to execute to get this sorted.

Hello,

You should run the DITA Map WebHelp and DITA Map PDF transformations from the DITA Maps Manager view, which means first opening the map in this view and after that running the transformation with the buttons on the toolbar of this view called Configure Transformation Scenario and Apply Transformation Scenario. In fact any transformation that contains "Map" in its name should be executed this way. The output messages of the transformation process are displayed and scrolled in a view called DITA OT at the bottom of the Oxygen window.

If you are running the transformation in this way yet the output result is not generated, please post here the error(s) displayed in this view called DITA OT. If you don't find obvious error messages in the list of output messages you can just copy from the DITA OT view and paste here on the forum all the messages from this view.
