no file name on "Save to URL"

Trying to save a new file with webDAV... when I press the "Save to URL" button I would expect the current file name to be appended to the end of the URL in the "File URL:" window...

But the "File URL:" window is filled with the URL from the browse.. and the file name is not there..

There is another problem with save-to-URL: If autoconnect is on and a file is selected in the file selection pane, this file name is used even if a new name is manually input in the top of this dialog. I would expect that a manual input there should override any other settings that might be there from previous use of this dialog to open a file.
