xd:doc element cannot be first child in XSL?

Post by Zearin »

It’s weird that the xd:doc element (which oXygen is nice enough to generate for you! :)) isn’t allowed to be the first child of an xsl:stylesheet. I kind of expect that documentation intended to describe the entire stylesheet to be the first thing I see when I open it up.

Any way around this?

Hi,

Why do you believe that xd:doc is not allowed to be the first child of xsl:stylesheet?
Do you get a validation error? With what tool are you validating the XSL?
