fo:footnote inside alist

Hi,

I have little experience in using xsl-fo and now I'm faceing the following problem:

I have one big list - it goes over few pages and inside this list I need to use footnotes. Possibly because of inheritance the footnote is formatted as a list element and it overflows a list.

The code looks something like this:

<fo:list-item-label end-indent="label-end()">

</fo:list-item-label>
<fo:list-item-body start-indent="body-start()">
<fo:block>Text with footnote<fo:footnote>
<fo:inline>1</fo:inline>
<fo:footnote-body>
<fo:block>Text of the footnote</fo:block>
</fo:footnote-body>
</fo:footnote>
attached
</fo:block>
</fo:list-item-body>
</fo:list-item>
.
.
.
</fo:list-block>

I have two problems with this one:
1. Text of the footnote is placed on the text of the list
2. I want text of the footnote to be placed to the left, and it's placed as an list element - more to right.

What am I doing wrong and how could I correct it?
