Path to current file not always displayed in editor

Post by gpm2a »

When working in the main editor and editing XML-related file types (such as XML and XQuery), the full system path of the file currently being edited is displayed at the lower left corner of the Oxygen window. For some other file types (such as CSS and JavaScript), the path doesn't get displayed.

I realize that I can see the full path by hovering the mouse pointer over the tab for any given document in the editor, but I'd much rather always be able to simply glance at it in the same spot every time.

I'm using Oxygen 14.1 on Mac OS 10.6.8.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.
We'll investigate this issue and resolve it in a future version of oXygen.

Another workaround is it to see the full path for the current edited file on the upper left corner, next to the application's name.

Let us know if you need additional assistance.

Regards,
Ionela

Thanks, Ionela. Somehow I'd never noticed that the path is shown in the window title bar.
