Missing german translations

Hello,

I found 2 missing german translations for 2 menu entries in the Project menu:
neither "Enable master file support" nor "change search and refactor ops scope" are translated.
Plus 2 more in the help menu. (Check for & manage add-ons)
Plus, the whole manage add on dialog is not translated.

Hi,

These messages were added too late before the release of version 14.0 so they remained not translated. Sometimes there are some minor last minute changes or additions to Oxygen labels and messages just before the release of a new version which means they will not be translated until the next version (or sometimes the next maintenance build). In version 14.1 which we will release in October (that means in less than a month) these two messages will be translated correctly to German too.
